Liam has practiced in all areas of personal injury litigation in Western Australia since 2016.

 

Before commencing practice as an independent barrister, Liam worked as a solicitor at two of Western Australia’s leading personal injury and insurance firms, where he represented both injured claimants and insurers in a wide range of litigated disputes.

 

Liam has appeared as both counsel and instructing solicitor in various courts and tribunals, including WorkCover WA, the District Court of Western Australia, the State Administrative Tribunal and the Western Australian Supreme Court of Appeal.

 

Liam has a particular interest in work and motor vehicle accident claims, as well as actions brought under the Fatal Accidents Act 1959 (WA). He accepts briefs for trial and appellate advocacy, and opinion work across all areas of personal injury litigation.
